One of the advantages of being in business for so long is that we have a good idea of the costs of staying in business. We want to stay in business, so we strive to be very competitive. We work from cost up to arrive at a discounted price (and we stay there until the unit sells). You won't find us playing games with prices.

Keeping our 'Mission Statement' in mind, it would be a disadvantage to any customer out of our service area to buy from us. We'd love to sell RVs like Amazon sells books, but the simple facts are that RVs (even good quality ones) need service. It would be a disservice to our manufacturers, to the RV industry and mostly to any customer to undercut another dealer's price just to make a quick sale. If problems arise and service is needed, we would want our customers to be confident that they would not become what's called 'a service orphan.'
We welcome trade-ins. However, we don't quote trade-in book values over the phone. We've found that book trade values are not accurate and quoting 'book' does neither the buyer nor seller any justice. We must see the RV to determine its true market value (what it could sell for), and from that its trade value. Remember, we work from a discounted price. Our trade values are going to be wholesale book less any depreciation for wear and tear.
